Stevan Ray Hughes was born October 10, 1950 to O.D. and Johnnie Faye (Chaney) Hughes in Salinas, CA. He passed away on March 14, 2013 at Penrose Medical Center in Colorado Springs at the age of 62.
Stevan married Linda Espinosa and to this union they had a son, David and a daughter, Dana. Stevan was an Appliance Technician for Sears, a reserve officer for the Las Animas Police Department, a member of the IBEW local 8181 Union, Denver, CO; the Las Animas Golf Course; and B.A.S.S..
He is preceded in death by his parents, O.D. and Johnnie Faye Hughes; and grandparents, Gene and Grace Koerner and Glenn and Lucille Hall.
Stevan is survived by his wife Linda of the home; son, David Hughes and his wife Julie of Wetmore, CO; daughter, Dana Mulvihill and husband Sean of Elbert, CO; brother, Stanley Hughes and wife Connie of Salinas, CA; five grandchildren; other relatives and a host of friends.
