Irene Maria (Encinias) Candelaria was born to Ramon and Senona (Sandoval) Encinias on August 26, 1935 in Maxwell, New Mexico. She passed away on June 22, 2013 in Denver, CO at the age of 77.
She survived by her sister, Lucilla Tenorio-Crittenden and husband, Norman of Denver; sons, Joe Candelaria and wife, Julie of Lakewood, CO, Michael Candelaria of Thonton, CO, Frank Candelaria and wife, Vickie of Aurora, CO; daughters, Riene Candelaria of Denver, CO, and Martha Candelaria of Thornton, CO; grandchildren, Grant and Brian Candelaria, Kenneth Garner, Matthew McNerney, Gabriel Martinez and wife, Tiffany, Daniel Martinez, Shelby Candelaria, Courtney and Stephanie DeGraff; great-grandchildren, Mariya, Kendra, Trysten, and Levi Martinez; numerous special nieces and nephews; many other relatives and a host of friends.
Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Ramon Encinias, Sr. and Senona (Sandoval) Tenorio; husband, Frank Candelaria, Jr.; brothers, Nicholas Encinias, Alex Encinias, Sr., Pete Encinias, Sr., Ramon Encinias, Jr.; and sister, Rosie Sandoval.
