Claudia Elizabeth Kimbell was born 6-12 of 20, as she liked to say, to Claude and Janie (Sexton) Kimbell near Kim, Colorado. She was the ninth of 10 children--Buster, Eloise, Annie, Alice, John, Margaret, George, Clyde, and Mae.

Elizabeth married Walter Fletcher Wagner on February 13, 1946 in Raton, NM.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and all of her siblings; two granddaughters, Heather Frye and Cynthia Carter; two great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.

She is survived by five children; Charlene Rich, Eufala, OK; Kay (Jerry) Lemons, Raton, NM; Jane Carter, Las Animas; Kim (Ronda) Wagner, Weiser, ID, and Jackie Wagner of Las Animas; eleven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Elizabeth died on January 13, 2014, at home surrounded by many of those who loved her.
